Emma Kenney

 

Emma Rose Kenney (born September 14th, 1999) is an American actress. She has appeared as Deborah Gallagheron Shameless "Debbie" in the show Shameless (2011 until 2021) and Harris Conner–Healy in the tenth and final season.



 



 Childhood and early life



 Kenney was born in New York City, September 14, 1999. Gillian Kenney (a criminal defense lawyer) and Kevin Kenney (a sports writer who was previously a writer for the New York Post, but now works at Fox Sports, are Kenney's parents.
